We have received much help from the Houston Buddhist Vihara and some members of the
Sri Lankan community. This help includes providing used computer equipment, money
contributions, technical expertise, taking computer equipment to Sri Lanka, and
helping to raise funds.
So far, we have send to Sri Lanka major parts to assemble about 10 computers, several
printers, and other network equipment with the help of our Sri Lankan community in Houston.
We very much thank them for this invaluable help given us. Their help enabled us to complete
the computer center in our pilot project at Attanagalla. In addition we have provided a
computer each to our other projects in Matale and Ambilipitiya.
