Obviously, now is the best time to muster our whole strength for this purpose. Because of the prevalent economic conditions, brilliant children belonging to low-income groups sadly fail to improve themselves. Harmful social forces, on the other hand, affect these children adversely. As a result, a considerable percentage of children in rural Sri Lanka will fail both to achieve their own success and to help society.

We hope that by networking those who are willing to actively help in this effort, we will have a better chance of reducing the problems encountered by rural Sri Lankan children. By doing this we would be laying a foundation to create a stronger, resourceful and talented future generation for the benefit of our motherland Sri Lanka.
